Grow your LinkedIn audience

The only person who can build your LinkedIn audience is you.

We can’t do it for you. But we can show you how to do it.

It’s right there in the name: personal branding needs to be personal.

You’re the critical ingredient. No marketing team or outside agency is ever going to be able to effectively to do it on your behalf.

That’s why we won’t create content for you. We’ll do it with you. You do half. We do half.

The secret sauce is collaboration.

How it works.

You write half your posts. We write the other half. Put out any less than one post per day and you’ll simply be throwing away momentum. If we’re aiming for a daily post, we’ll each need to create 15 or 16 posts per month.

We’ll take care of editing, scheduling, and reporting, and we’ll also help you set up and polish your profile, develop your strategy, generate content ideas, and build out your content calendar.

That just leaves you the all-important task of regularly engaging with your audience and others in the comments.

Why it works.

Collaboration gives us the best of all worlds.

Because you’re an active partner to the process, we can make sure we’re creating engaging, authentic content that truly reflects you. This is what makes a personal brand. Your audience is there for you, not just the content of your posts.

Working with you closely, we’re able to provide hands-on guidance, helping you develop your voice, and showing you how to create content that pulls the reader in.

Through the course of our engagement, you’ll learn how to build and sustain your personal brand in an effective and time-efficient way.

Finally, there’s accountability. Personal branding demands consistency – not just with creating content, but also with leaving comments and engaging with others on the platform. This matters both for your audience awareness, and the algorithm.

We’ll hold you accountable to your commitments, and help you hit the targets you’ve set.

Frequently asked questions

Is it really necessary to post every day?
Is it really necessary to post every day?

Yes! Social media algorithms reward frequent posting. If you’re building a following, anything less than daily posting is a missed opportunity.

Why do I need to write 50 percent of the content? Can’t you do more?
Why do I need to write 50 percent of the content? Can’t you do more?

We could do more, but then there would be less of you in your content. We think 50/50 is an excellent compromise.

How much of a time commitment is going to be needed from me?
How much of a time commitment is going to be needed from me?

On average, you’ll need to spend a minimum of 20 minutes a day combined on content and leaving comments. Your engagement will be better however if you’re able to push it up to 45 minutes to an hour.

Why is commenting so important?
Why is commenting so important?

There are two reasons. First, LinkedIn scores content that people view passively far lower than content that drives active discussion (engagement). Second, people are far more likely to follow you and pay attention to what you have to say if they feel they’re able to have a conversation with you. Unless you engage with others, both in the comments of your posts and the comments on others’ posts, your audience growth will likely be painstakingly slow.

I’m in the X industry. Is this going to work for me?
I’m in the X industry. Is this going to work for me?

It probably will! The only exception might be industries which the general public have a generally poor view of. Far more important than what sector you work in is what you are passionate about and want to talk about.

Who is this service really for?
Who is this service really for?

It’s definitely not for everyone. If you want to create content on LinkedIn and grow a sizeable audience, you’re most likely to see success if you’re passionate about one or more topics that have broad appeal. That doesn’t, however, mean your work has to have relevance to a broad audience.

Will this help me get leads and grow my sales?
Will this help me get leads and grow my sales?

A thriving personal brand can act as a very effective inbound lead generation engine, but do note: this will take time. When building up your profile, your first priority has to be audience growth.

Can you guarantee success?
Can you guarantee success?

Absolutely not. Anyone that claims they can guarantee success on social media is pulling a fast one. The reality is that audiences are capricious, and we’re operating within the constraints of a frequently-changing algorithm that produces outcomes even its developers struggle to predict accurately. What we are able to promise is that we’ll work strategically and consistently to put you in range of as many shots on goal as is possible.
